It's February! Depending on where you are in the country that can be nice or freeeeezing! But no matter where you are, the focus this month is on LOVE! It's a time to remember to acknowledge and appreciate those in our homes and families that we love.
Here's a GREAT project idea for a one-of-a-kind Valentine's Day gift that keeps on giving ALL YEAR LONG!
Start by creating an a new album project - or by compiling pages from other projects into a new album. Use the 4x6 "guides" as a way to ensure all your digital goodies make it on the page (go to VIEW then GUIDES, then snap on the 4x6's). When you are done with the pages, you have a couple of options... either print them straight to 4x6 paper at home, or send them out to be printed, then add them to a cute little (and usually inexpensive) 4x6 photo album OR - save the jpeg images to a new memory card and give them as a give with a digital picture frame. It will create a little mini-slideshow of not only your great photos, but your creative layouts as well... and who wouldn't want to see their "Little Lovebugs" all year long???
Test to make sure your resolutions and jpeg images of your pages are saved so they will display properly - some digital frames handle more or less resolution or file sizes than others. But this is a SUPER way to show you care AND show off your super digital crafty skills all at the same time! And best of all, it won't cost you an arm and a leg either!
