Meet this week's Featured Designer! It's Maggie Buckley from *MagsGraphics*!!

Here are some fun things that Maggie would like you to know about her:

Hey Scrappers!  My name is Maggie Buckley, and I design under "MagsGraphics."  Most people online call me "Mags," but I also answer to "Maggie-Is-Awesome," "Darth Magius," or "Magius Malfoy."  (Can you tell I'm a total Star Wars and Harry Potter geek?).  I'm a former 1st grade teacher turned stay-home-Mom of two boys, a life-long scrapbooker (I've been scrapbooking in some form or another since I was 15 years old... I'm 40 now!), and I'm wildly sarcastic.  *wink*     My sons have played all kinds of sports.  Between them, we've covered football, basketball, baseball, gymnastics, karate, fencing, tennis, laser tag (Hey! I think it's a sport!), golf, swimming, and soccer!  So I've created many, MANY sports-themed kits... including sports we haven't yet tried (lacrosse or ice hockey).  My husband and I have been fortunate to travel to some fun places... which led to the creation of several beach kits, a Napa Valley wine tasting kit, and an Alaskan Cruise kit!  I love scrapbooking every moment of our lives, and I LOVE it when you find a kit I've created that you can use for your everyday scrapping moments too! Wanna know more?  Here are 10 fun facts about meeeeeeeeee! I've been married for 17 years to my sweetie, David.  Technically, I picked him up in the Men's Dept. at our local JCPenney...we both worked there during the summers of college! I can sing like the munchkins of the Wizard of Oz... and even won a radio contest doing it. I have a scar on the bottom of my chin-- from breakdancing into the kitchen floor!  Apparently, "The Worm" is something I can't do after all... My all-time favorite show is Buffy the Vampire Slayer... and I have a 10 foot long shelf of action figures from the series in my Craft Cave (a fancy term for a room in our basement). I once rapped my entire campaign speech for high school student council... to 500 students.  But I lost. My favorite Star Wars characters are Boba Fett, Kit Fisto, and General Grevious.  If I was sorted into a House at Hogwarts, they'd have to call me "SlytherClaw"... because I'm crafty (Slytherin), AND smart (Ravenclaw). My favorite beverages are hazelnut-flavored coffee and UNsweetenened iced tea. I danced for my high school and college dance teams.  The little drill team gals in my "Marching Band" scrap kit are based on my dance team outfits.
