I was born and raised in West Virginia.  I am a retired medical lab tech.  I am Momma to four children that I raised alone after a 12 year marriage.  My oldest son passed away in 2013 from liver failure due to PSC.  My three other children are married with children and I currently live with my youngest son.  My youngest son, his wife, and I have all gone through the training and are registered foster parents.  We are currently adopting a sibling set that we have had for 9 months now.   We plan to keep our home open for other children who may need a home. What is your favorite season? My favorite season is now upon us.  I Love Fall!  I love the changing of the leaves, the cool, brisk mornings, and oh my---football!  Plus there are the Halloween goblins and all the yummy food of Thanksgiving. Who is a very special person in your life? I have special People in my life--my grandchildren!  They are my heart and what my purpose is.  I now have six:  Riley 12, Remi Jade 6, Nova 6, Kenny 4, Vinny 14 months, and Rowan 3 months. Tell us about something on your bucket list! One thing on my bucket list that I have yet to do is go to New York City during Christmas time and visit the Statue of Liberty. What movie could you quote the best? I can't really quote movies but my favorite quote from a movie is from God's Not Dead: “Sometimes the devil allows people to live a life free of trouble because he doesn’t want people turning to God. Their sin is like a jail cell, except it is all nice and comfy and there doesn’t seem to be any reason to leave. The door’s wide open.
