What is your proudest accomplishment? My children without a doubt.  I’ve done things that I’m proud of but there is no greater accomplishment than watching your children grow and succeed. What’s the most daring thing you’ve ever done? Being a single parent.  Every day, at the time, seemed like the most daring thing in the world.  Looking back, it was some of the best moments of my life. If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be? I would take my children, spouses and grandchildren to Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World. Would you rather eat sweet or salty foods for the rest of your life? Salty without a doubt! What makes you laugh the most? A child’s genuine laughter - my grandchildren or the neighbor children.  I love listening to them laugh, be carefree and happy.
